There’s been a lot of speculation on who was gonna play play Cable in Deadpool 2. Ron Perlman (Hellboy) and David Harbour (Stranger Things) both had their bid in for this role.
But according to The Hollywood Reporter, Michael Shannon may be the front runner to play Cable. I can’t say I’m opposed to General Zod snagging this role; it seems to be right up his alley.
